Zephaniah 2:6-8
International Standard Version
6 The Philistine[a] coast will become meadows
for shepherds and sheep pens.
7 The survivors of Judah will find pasture on it;
at twilight they will lie down in the houses of Ashkelon,
for the Lord their God will visit them,
restoring their prosperity.”[b]
The Lord’s Rebuke to Moab and Ammon
8 “I’ve heard Moab’s insults
and the curses from those Ammonites[c]
by which they defame my people
and boast about their territory.

New International Version
6 The land by the sea will become pastures
having wells for shepherds
and pens for flocks.(A)
7 That land will belong
to the remnant(B) of the people of Judah;
there they will find pasture.
In the evening they will lie down
in the houses of Ashkelon.
The Lord their God will care for them;
he will restore their fortunes.[a](C)
