Zephaniah 1:11-13

11 Wail, ye inhabitants of [a]Maktesh; for all [b]the people of Canaan are undone; all they that were laden with silver are cut off. 12 And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with lamps; and I will [c]punish the men that are [d]settled on their lees, that say in their heart, Jehovah will not do good, neither will he do evil. 13 And their wealth shall become a spoil, and their houses a desolation: yea, they shall build houses, but shall not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but shall not drink the wine thereof.

Zephaniah 1:11-13
New International Version
11 Wail,(A) you who live in the market district[a];
all your merchants will be wiped out,
all who trade with[b] silver will be destroyed.(B)
12 At that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps
and punish those who are complacent,(C)
who are like wine left on its dregs,(D)
who think, ‘The Lord will do nothing,(E)
either good or bad.’(F)
13 Their wealth will be plundered,(G)
their houses demolished.
Though they build houses,
they will not live in them;
though they plant vineyards,
they will not drink the wine.”(H)
