Zechariah 6:4-6
Good News Translation
4 Then I asked the angel, “Sir, what do these chariots mean?”
5 (A)He answered, “These are the four winds; they have just come from the presence of the Lord of all the earth.”
6 The chariot pulled by the black horses was going north to Babylonia, the white horses were going to the west, and the dappled horses were going to the country in the south.

New International Version
4 I asked the angel who was speaking to me, “What are these, my lord?”
5 The angel answered me, “These are the four spirits[a](A) of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.(B) 6 The one with the black horses is going toward the north country, the one with the white horses toward the west,[b] and the one with the dappled horses toward the south.”
