“From the first announcement I have not spoken in secret;(E)

    endowed with his Spirit.(H)

17 This is what the Lord says—
    your Redeemer,(I) the Holy One(J) of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
    who teaches(K) you what is best for you,
    who directs(L) you in the way(M) you should go.
