Family Duties
22 [a]Do you have cattle? Look after them,
and if they prove profitable, keep them.
23 Do you have sons? Discipline them,
and insist on their obedience[b] from their childhood.
24 Do you have daughters? Be concerned for their chastity,
and do not allow yourself to be over-indulgent toward them.
