But against any of the Bnei Yisroel shall not a kelev move his leshon, against ish or behemah; that ye may have da’as that Hashem doth differentiate between Mitzrayim and Yisroel.

There will be loud wailing(A) throughout Egypt—worse than there has ever been or ever will be again. But among the Israelites not a dog will bark at any person or animal.’ Then you will know that the Lord makes a distinction(B) between Egypt and Israel.
