Ang Pulong Sang Dios
Pangamuyo para sa Bulig sang Dios
143 Ginoo, pamatii ang akon pangamuyo;
pamatii ang akon pagpakitluoy.
Tungod nga matarong kag matutom ikaw, buligi ako.
2 Indi ako paghukmi nga imo alagad,
kay wala sing bisan isa nga matarong sa imo atubangan.
3 Ginahingabot gid ako sang akon mga kaaway.
Ginpierdi nila ako kag ginbutang sa madulom nga prisohan;
daw pareho ako sa tawo nga dugay na nga napatay.
4 Gani nadulaan ako sang paglaom kag napuno sang kahadlok ang akon tagipusuon.
5 Nadumduman ko ang mga ginhimo mo sang una;
ginapamalandungan ko ang tanan mo nga binuhatan.
6 Ginabayaw ko ang akon mga kamot sa imo sa akon pagpangamuyo;
nauhaw ako sa imo pareho sa mamala nga duta nga nauhaw sa tubig.
7 Sabta ako gilayon, Ginoo.
Nadulaan na ako sang paglaom.
Indi ka magpanago sa akon, kay basi mapatay ako.
8 Kada aga, ipadumdom sa akon ang imo gugma,
kay sa imo ako nagasalig.
Ipakita sa akon ang husto nga dalan nga akon pagaagyan,
kay sa imo ako nagapangamuyo.
9 Luwasa ako sa akon mga kaaway, Ginoo,
kay sa imo ako nagapangayo sang proteksyon.
10 Tudlui ako sa pagsunod sang imo kabubut-on,
kay ikaw ang akon Dios.
Kabay pa nga ang imo maayo nga Espiritu magatuytoy sa akon sa kahimtangan nga wala sing katalagman.
11 Luwasa ako, Ginoo, agod mapadunggan ka.
Tungod nga matarong ka, luwasa ako sa kalisod.
12 Tungod sa imo gugma sa akon, pamatya ang akon mga kaaway,
kay ako imo alagad.

1 Lord, hear my prayer,(A)
listen to my cry for mercy;(B)
in your faithfulness(C) and righteousness(D)
come to my relief.
2 Do not bring your servant into judgment,
for no one living is righteous(E) before you.
3 The enemy pursues me,
he crushes me to the ground;
he makes me dwell in the darkness(F)
like those long dead.(G)
4 So my spirit grows faint within me;
my heart within me is dismayed.(H)
5 I remember(I) the days of long ago;
I meditate(J) on all your works
and consider what your hands have done.
6 I spread out my hands(K) to you;
I thirst for you like a parched land.[a]
7 Answer me quickly,(L) Lord;
my spirit fails.(M)
Do not hide your face(N) from me
or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,(O)
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way(P) I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.(Q)
9 Rescue me(R) from my enemies,(S) Lord,
for I hide myself in you.
10 Teach me(T) to do your will,
for you are my God;(U)
may your good Spirit
lead(V) me on level ground.(W)

143 Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
6 I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
7 Hear me speedily, O Lord: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
9 Deliver me, O Lord, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
11 Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.
12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
