Romans 9:12-14
International Standard Version

12 according to his calling and not by actions), Rebecca[a] was told, “The older child will serve the younger one.”[b] 13 So it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”[c]

14 What can we say, then? God is not unrighteous, is he? Of course not!
