Romans 8:6-8

6 For the outlook[a] of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, 7 because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. 8 Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

6 The mind governed by the flesh is death,(A) but the mind governed by the Spirit is life(B) and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God;(C) it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh(D) cannot please God.
