Romans 6:7-9
New English Translation
7 (For someone who has died has been freed from sin.)[a]
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. 9 We know[b] that since Christ has been raised from the dead, he is never going to die[c] again; death no longer has mastery over him.
