6 We know that the person we used to be was crucified with him to put an end to sin in our bodies. Because of this we are no longer slaves to sin. 7 The person who has died has been freed from sin.
8 If we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.

6 For we know that our old self(A) was crucified with him(B) so that the body ruled by sin(C) might be done away with,[a] that we should no longer be slaves to sin(D)— 7 because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.(E)
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.(F)
