7 Indeed, only with difficulty does one die for a just person, though perhaps for a good person one might even find courage to die.[a] 8 But God proves his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.(A) 9 How much more then, since we are now justified by his blood, will we be saved through him from the wrath.(B)

7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.(A)
9 Since we have now been justified(B) by his blood,(C) how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath(D) through him!
