The Jew Is Judged by the Law

¹⁷ But if you bear the name “Jew” and ^(A)rely ^[a]upon the Law and boast in God,

²³ You who ^(A)boast ^[a]in the Law, through your transgression of the Law, do you dishonor God?

² For if Abraham was justified ^[a]by works, he has something to boast about—but ^(A)not ^[b]before God!

²⁹ so that ^(A)no flesh may boast before God. ³⁰ But by His doing you are in ^(B)Christ Jesus, who became to us ^(C)wisdom from God, ^[a]and ^(D)righteousness and ^(E)sanctification, and ^(F)redemption, ³¹ so that, just as it is written, “^(G)Let him who boasts, boast in the ^[b]Lord.”
