Romans 15:19-21
International Standard Version
19 by the power of signs and wonders, and by the power of God’s Spirit,[a] I have fully proclaimed the gospel of the Messiah[b] from Jerusalem as far as Illyricum. 20 My one ambition is to proclaim the gospel where the name of the Messiah[c] is not known, so I don’t[d] build on someone else’s foundation. 21 Rather, as it is written,
“Those who were never told about him will see,
and those who have never heard will understand.”[e]

19 by the power of signs and wonders,(A) through the power of the Spirit of God.(B) So from Jerusalem(C) all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.(D) 20 It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel(E) where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else’s foundation.(F) 21 Rather, as it is written:
