Romans 10:6-8
Good News Translation
6 (A)But what the scripture says about being put right with God through faith is this: “You are not to ask yourself, Who will go up into heaven?” (that is, to bring Christ down). 7 “Nor are you to ask, Who will go down into the world below?” (that is, to bring Christ up from death). 8 What it says is this: “God's message is near you, on your lips and in your heart”—that is, the message of faith that we preach.

6 But the righteousness that is by faith(A) says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’”[a](B) (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’”[b](C) (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).(D) 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,”[c](E) that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim:
