3 concerning his Son Jesus Christ, our Lord (Who was made from the seed of David, according to the flesh,
4 and declared mightily to be the Son of God, touching the Spirit of sanctification by the resurrection from the dead);
5 by Whom we have received grace and Apostleship (that obedience might be given unto the faith) for His Name, among all the Gentiles.

3 regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life[a](A) was a descendant of David,(B) 4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power[b](C) by his resurrection from the dead:(D) Jesus Christ our Lord.(E) 5 Through him we received grace(F) and apostleship to call all the Gentiles(G) to the obedience that comes from[c] faith(H) for his name’s sake.
