14 I must help the people who have had a chance to hear the Good News and those who have not. I must help those with much learning and those who have never learned from books. 15 So I want to preach the Good News to you who live in Rome also.
16 I am not ashamed of the Good News. It is the power of God. It is the way He saves men from the punishment of their sins if they put their trust in Him. It is for the Jew first and for all other people also.

14 I am obligated(A) both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish. 15 That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome.(B)
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel,(C) because it is the power of God(D) that brings salvation to everyone who believes:(E) first to the Jew,(F) then to the Gentile.(G)
