⁴ Then I saw ^(A)thrones, and ^(B)seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw ^(C)the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those ^(D)who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. ^(E)They came to life and ^(F)reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

²⁸ Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world,^{[a] (A)}when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me ^(B)will also sit on twelve thrones, ^(C)judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹⁹ And Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: ^(A)I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, ^(B)and all the host of heaven standing beside him on his right hand and on his left;
