“But there is this about you that is good: You hate the deeds of the licentious Nicolaitans,[a] just as I do.

“Let this message sink into the ears of anyone who listens to what the Spirit is saying to the churches: To everyone who is victorious, I will give fruit from the Tree of Life in the Paradise of God.

Consider how far you have fallen! Repent(A) and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand(B) from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans,(C) which I also hate.

Whoever has ears, let them hear(D) what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious,(E) I will give the right to eat from the tree of life,(F) which is in the paradise(G) of God.
