5 Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I come to thee, and will move thy [a]candlestick out of its place, except thou repent. 6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. To him that overcometh, to him will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the [b]Paradise of God.

5 Consider how far you have fallen! Repent(A) and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand(B) from its place. 6 But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans,(C) which I also hate.
7 Whoever has ears, let them hear(D) what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious,(E) I will give the right to eat from the tree of life,(F) which is in the paradise(G) of God.
