7 And I heard a voice from the altar saying, “Yes, Lord God Almighty, Your judgments are true and righteous”.
8 And the fourth poured out his bowl upon the sun— and authority was given to it to scorch the people with fire. 9 And the people were scorched with a great scorching-heat. And they blasphemed the name of God, the One having the authority over these plagues. And they did not repent so as to give Him glory.

7 And I heard the altar(A) respond:
8 The fourth angel(D) poured out his bowl on the sun,(E) and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire.(F) 9 They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God,(G) who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent(H) and glorify him.(I)
