Revelation 16:6-8

⁶For they shed the blood of the saints and Prophets. And therefore have you given them blood to drink. For they are worthy.”

⁷And I heard another say from the Sanctuary, “Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

⁸And the fourth angel poured out his vial on the sun. And it was given to him to torment man with the heat of fire.

⁶for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,^(A)
and you have given them blood to drink^(B) as they deserve.”

⁷And I heard the altar^(C) respond:

“Yes, Lord God Almighty,^(D)
true and just are your judgments.”^(E)

⁸The fourth angel^(F) poured out his bowl on the sun,^(G) and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire.^(H)
