Revelation 12:10-12

Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God
    and the authority of his Christ,^[a]
because the accuser of our brothers^[b] has been thrown down,
    the one who accuses them before our God day and night.
¹¹ They conquered him
    because of the blood of the Lamb and
    because of the word of their testimony.
They did not love their lives in the face of death.
¹² For this reason, rejoice, you heavens and those who dwell in them.
Woe to the earth and the sea,
    for the Devil has gone down to you.
    He is full of rage, because he knows that his time is short.
