    foreigners, and orphans.
7 Then they say,
“The Lord God of Jacob
    doesn't see or know.”

8 Can't you fools see?
    Won't you ever learn?

7 They say, “The Lord does not see;(C)
    the God of Jacob(D) takes no notice.”

8 Take notice, you senseless ones(E) among the people;
    you fools, when will you become wise?
