Christian Standard Bible

5 You have rebuked the nations:(A)
You have destroyed the wicked;(B)
you have erased their name forever and ever.(C)
6 The enemy has come to eternal ruin;
you have uprooted the cities,
and the very memory of them has perished.(D)

7 But the Lord sits enthroned forever;(E)
he has established his throne for judgment.(F)

6 Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies,

7 The Lord reigns forever;(E)
    he has established his throne(F) for judgment.
