4 Make glad the soul of Your slave,
For to You, O Lord, (A)I lift up my soul.
5 For You, Lord, are (B)good, and (C)by nature forgiving,
And (D)abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You.
6 (E)Give ear, O Yahweh, to my prayer;
And give heed to the voice of my supplications!
