⁷I have called upon thee in the day of my trouble: because thou hast heard me.

⁸There is none among the gods like unto thee, O Lord: and there is none according to thy works.

⁶Will you not revive^(A) us again,
that your people may rejoice^(B) in you?
⁷Show us your unfailing love,^(C) Lord,
and grant us your salvation.^(D)

⁸I will listen to what God the Lord says;
he promises peace^(E) to his people, his faithful servants—
but let them not turn to folly.^(F)
