Psalm 79:8-10

⁸^(A)Do not remember ^[a]the iniquities of our forefathers against us;
Let Your compassion come quickly to ^(B)meet us,
For we are ^(C)brought very low.
⁹^(D)Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of ^(E)Your name;
And deliver us and ^[b]^(F)forgive our sins ^(G)for Your name’s sake.
¹⁰^(H)Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?”
Let there be known among the nations in our sight,
^(I)Vengeance for the blood of Your servants which has been shed.
