⁶⁷ Then he rejected the tents of Joseph,
    he did not choose the tribe of Ephraim;^(A)

¹³ Woe^(A) to them,
    because they have strayed^(B) from me!
Destruction to them,
    because they have rebelled against me!
I long to redeem them
    but they speak about me^(C) falsely.^(D)

¹³ I have seen Ephraim,^(A) like Tyre,
    planted in a pleasant place.^(B)
But Ephraim will bring out
    their children to the slayer.”^(C)
