²⁷For indeed, ^(A)those who are far from You shall perish;
You have destroyed all those who ^[a]desert You for harlotry.

²⁷Those who are far from you will perish;^(A)
you destroy all who are unfaithful^(B) to you.

²⁸The ^(A)destruction of transgressors and of sinners shall be together,
And those who forsake the Lord shall be consumed.

²⁸But rebels and sinners^(A) will both be broken,
and those who forsake^(B) the Lord will perish.^(C)
