Give the King Your Judgments

Of Solomon.

⁵ For ^(A)if you truly make your ways and your deeds good, if you truly ^(B)do justice between a man and his neighbor,

³ Thus says Yahweh, “^(A)Do justice and righteousness, and deliver the one who has been robbed from the power of his ^(B)oppressor. Also ^(C)do not mistreat or do violence to the sojourner, the orphan, or the widow; and do not ^(D)shed innocent blood in this place.

⁹ “Thus has Yahweh of hosts said, ‘^(A)Judge with true justice and show ^(B)lovingkindness and compassion each to his brother; ¹⁰ and ^(C)do not oppress the widow or the ^[a]orphan, the sojourner or the afflicted; and do ^(D)not devise evil in your hearts against one another.’
