Psalm 7:8-10

The Voice

⁸The Eternal will judge the nations.
Judge me now, Eternal One, according to my virtue and integrity.

⁹Please, bring the evil actions of these wicked, wicked people to an end!
    But secure the righteous,
For You, righteous God,
    examine our hearts and minds.
¹⁰God is my defender;
    He rescues those who have a pure heart.

Vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness,^(B)
    according to my integrity,^(C) O Most High.^(D)
⁹Bring to an end the violence of the wicked
    and make the righteous secure—^(E)
you, the righteous God^(F)
    who probes minds and hearts.^(G)

¹⁰My shield^[a]^(H) is God Most High,
