Psalm 68:22-24

22 The Lord [a]said, “(A)I will bring them back from Bashan.
I will bring them back from the depths of the sea;
23 That [b](B)your foot may shatter them in blood,
The tongue of your (C)dogs may have its portion from your enemies.”
24 They have seen (D)Your [c]procession, O God,
The [d]procession of my God, my King, [e](E)into the sanctuary.
