^18 (A)You have ascended on high,
^(B)You have led captivity captive;
^(C)You have received gifts among men,
Even from ^(D)the rebellious,
^(E)That the Lord God might dwell there.

^7 (A)To open blind eyes,
To ^(B)bring out prisoners from the prison,
Those who sit in ^(C)darkness from the prison house.

^13 (A)I have raised him up in righteousness,
And I will ^[a]direct all his ways;
He shall ^(B)build My city
And let My exiles go free,
^(C)Not for price nor reward,”
Says the Lord of hosts.

⁹ That You may say ^(A)to the prisoners, ‘Go forth,’
To those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’

61 “The ^(A)Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord ^(B)has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me ^(C)to ^[a]heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim ^(D)liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
