14 “Sacrifice thank offerings(A) to God,
    fulfill your vows(B) to the Most High,(C)
15 and call(D) on me in the day of trouble;(E)
    I will deliver(F) you, and you will honor(G) me.”

16 But to the wicked person, God says:

“What right have you to recite my laws
    or take my covenant(H) on your lips?(I)
