⁹I will say to God, my rock,^(A)
“Why have You forgotten me?
Why must I go about in sorrow
because of the enemy’s oppression?”^(B)

New International Version

⁹I say to God my Rock,^(A)
“Why have you forgotten^(B) me?
Why must I go about mourning,^(C)
oppressed^(D) by the enemy?”^(E)

⁹I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

¹⁴Lord, why do You reject me?^(A)
Why do You hide Your face from me?^(B)

¹⁴Why, Lord, do you reject^(A) me
and hide your face^(B) from me?

¹⁴Lord, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?
