⁴I sought the Lord,^(A) and he answered me;
he delivered^(B) me from all my fears.

⁴I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

¹⁵But God will redeem me from the realm of the dead;^(A)
he will surely take me to himself.^(B)

¹⁵But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.

⁸For you, Lord, have delivered me^(A) from death,
my eyes from tears,
my feet from stumbling,

⁸For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
