30 I will lift You up, O Lord, for You have lifted me up. You have not let those who hate me stand over me in joy. 2 O Lord my God, I cried to You for help and You healed me. 3 O Lord, You have brought me up from the grave. You have kept me alive, so that I will not go down into the deep.

1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
    for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
    and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
    and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
    you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
