⁶Praise be to the Lord,^(A)
for he has heard my cry for mercy.^(B)

⁶Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.

²⁰Praise be to God,
who has not rejected^(A) my prayer
or withheld his love from me!

²⁰Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

³Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,^(A) the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort,
