18 He (A)sends forth His word and melts them;
He (B)causes His wind to blow and so the waters flow,
19 Who (C)declares His words to Jacob,
His (D)statutes and His judgments to Israel.
20 He (E)has not done so with any nation;
So as for His judgments, they have (F)not known them.
