His righteousness endures forever.
His horn is lifted high in honor.
10 The wicked will see it and be indignant.
He will gnash with his teeth and waste away.
The desire of the wicked will perish.

9 They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor,(A)
    their righteousness endures(B) forever;
    their horn[a] will be lifted(C) high in honor.

10 The wicked will see(D) and be vexed,
    they will gnash their teeth(E) and waste away;(F)
    the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.(G)
