Psalm 112:9-10

⁹He gives generously to those in need. His deeds will never be forgotten.^[a] He shall have influence and honor.

¹⁰Evil-minded men will be infuriated when they see all this; they will gnash their teeth in anger and slink away, their hopes thwarted.

New International Version

⁹They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor,^(A)
their righteousness endures^(B) forever;
their horn^[a] will be lifted^(C) high in honor.

¹⁰The wicked will see^(D) and be vexed,
they will gnash their teeth^(E) and waste away;^(F)
the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.^(G)
