Psalm 112:9-10

⁹He scatters seed—he gives to the poor.
His righteousness stands forever.
His horn^[a] will be lifted high in glory.

¹⁰The wicked person will see and be frustrated.
He will gnash his teeth and melt away.
The desire of the wicked will perish.

New International Version

⁹They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor,^(A)
their righteousness endures^(B) forever;
their horn^[a] will be lifted^(C) high in honor.

¹⁰The wicked will see^(D) and be vexed,
they will gnash their teeth^(E) and waste away;^(F)
the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.^(G)
