³He ^(A)lays the beams of his ^(B)chambers on the waters;
he makes ^(C)the clouds his chariot;
he rides on ^(D)the wings of the wind;

³ and lays the beams^(A) of his upper chambers on their waters.^(B)
He makes the clouds^(C) his chariot^(D)

so that it should never be moved.
