²⁹Violent people deceive their friends and lead them to disaster.

³⁰Watch out for people who grin and wink at you; they have thought of something evil.

³¹Long life is the reward of the righteous; gray hair is a glorious crown.

²⁹A violent person entices their neighbor
and leads them down a path that is not good.^(A)

³⁰Whoever winks^(B) with their eye is plotting perversity;
whoever purses their lips is bent on evil.

³¹Gray hair is a crown of splendor;^(C)
it is attained in the way of righteousness.
