^(C)but he who is generous to the needy honors him.

³¹Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,^(A)
but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.^(B)

¹⁵Did ^(A)not he who made me in the womb make him?
And did not one fashion us in the womb?

¹⁵Did not he who made me in the womb make them?^(A)
Did not the same one form us both within our mothers?^(B)
