Proverbs 13:21

²¹Trouble pursues the sinner,^(A)
but the righteous^(B) are rewarded with good things.^(C)

²¹Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed.

²³For the wages of sin is death,^(A) but the gift of God is eternal life^(B) in^[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.
