³¹ And the ^(A)surviving ^(B)remnant of the house of Judah will again ^(C)take root downward and bear fruit upward.

² Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He ^[a]cleans it so that it may bear more fruit.

¹⁸ And the fruit of righteousness ^(A)is sown in peace ^[a]by those who make peace.
