15 so that you may be blameless(A) and pure,(B) children of God who are faultless(C) in a crooked(D) and perverted(E) generation,(F) among whom you shine like stars in the world, 16 by holding firm to the word(G) of life. Then I can boast(H) in the day of Christ(I) that I didn’t run or labor for nothing. 17 But even if I am poured out(J) as a drink offering(K) on the sacrificial service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you.

15 so that you may become blameless(A) and pure, “children of God(B) without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[a](C) Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ(D) that I did not run(E) or labor in vain.(F) 17 But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering(G) on the sacrifice(H) and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you.(I)
