Philippians 2:15-17
Common English Bible
15 so that you may be blameless and pure, innocent children of God surrounded by people who are crooked and corrupt. Among these people you shine like stars in the world 16 because you hold on to the word of life. This will allow me to say on the day of Christ that I haven’t run for nothing or worked for nothing. 17 But even if I am poured out like a drink offering upon the altar of service for your faith, I am glad. I’m glad with all of you.

15 so that you may become blameless(A) and pure, “children of God(B) without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[a](C) Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ(D) that I did not run(E) or labor in vain.(F) 17 But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering(G) on the sacrifice(H) and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you.(I)
